Who we are
Arcforms Analytica Limited offers all-inclusive design, construction and planning services, with a focus on residential, cultural, corporate and academic buildings.
Our architects and engineers develop modern answers to architectural design and urban planning. Our designs are often unconventional: each building is given its own character while doing exactly what it is meant to do. In furniture and interiors we experiment with materials and arrangements.
Every design starts with careful research. We combine detailed drawings with experience of managing construction, so that what we propose is sound in its looks, its thinking and its cost.
Our team works together through the whole life of a project, from concept design to supervising construction, and our clients take part in shaping the design. Our aim is to enrich the way people experience space and to create the ideal modern place to live and work.
Between us we bring decades of practical experience in mixed-use, hospitality, residential, entertainment, corporate and urban planning work, and every project is shaped to the limits and the possibilities of its site.
To give every client a high level of service that answers their needs, their site and their budget: efficient, aware of the environment, honest in its design, inventive with materials and built to last, without ever compromising on safety or satisfaction. It depends on the size and complexity of the project, the site and how quickly decisions are made. For most additions and renovations, the design and permit drawings take between two and six weeks. Small projects, such as a new kitchen, take less.
We look after the whole design process for you:
We can design energy-efficient building envelopes and mechanical systems, and look at other ways of reducing a building’s impact on the environment and the energy it needs to run.
We define the design problem and set out the solution in drawings and specifications, coordinating the structural, lighting and interior designers. The general contractor then builds it, managing the subcontractors and the inspections.
We have worked across Nigeria and abroad, and we are happy to take on projects wherever they are.
